Career Opportunities
Roofing and Construction Sales
You'll be the face of Lady On The Roof® helping homeowners restore and improve their homes.
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections to assess storm damage
- Go door-to-door to generate new leads and follow up on company-provided leads
- Build trusted relationships with clients by identifying their needs and offering expert solutions
- Climb ladders, access roofs, and transport materials as needed
- Minimum be able to look at a gutter line
- Drive to job sites across Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and installation process
- Provide detailed documentation of inspections and project needs
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter who thrives outdoors and in face-to-face interactions
- Willingness to learn, attend networking events, helping grow Lady On The Roof® and spread our mission of uplifting women in the construction field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Sales or construction experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
- Women are encouraged to apply, we educate women in construction across the Greater Cincinnati Area !
